Let's take it down South! New Orleans has a certain charm that is truly indescribable. They get impressed with the wow not the how, with long slow days telling story after story. The food, the street performers, the community...its almost like you are stepping back in time.
I have always been so proud to say my mom is from Louisiana and now I am so excited to open up the curtain and bring y'all back stage. We will spend 3 nights in my favorite neighborhood- Uptown! Each day will start with yoga and meditation and then during the days we will weave in bits and pieces of New Orleans magic.
